Currently, we base our shipping on weight and dimensions.
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

We ship within the US only—As of right now,we don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or internationally at this time.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. If a PO box is used during checkout, the shipment of your order will be delayed until a physical address is received.

Orders are shipped depending on preference you can choose either Ground Advantage-ships within 5-7 business days or USPS priority -ships within 2-3 business days.
Please note that we don't ship on Saturday past noon, No sundays or national holidays.

Orders are processed quickly! To cancel an order, you must do so within two hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee that cancellation is possible beyond this timeframe.
Once an order is placed and processed we are unable to stop the shipment. The order will be shipped and may be returned via our standard return policy.

We aim to use Eco-friendly packaging!
Products may be wrapped in honeycomb wrapping kraft paper.. Kraft paper is made from wood pulp. Kraft paper is biodegradable and can be recycled!Another packaging alternative is 100% Biodegradable Compostable Poly Mailers. Made of PBAT and modified corn starch in accordance with the standards of ASTM 6400, EN13432, BPI, and OK COMPOST HOME. This material is BPA-free, plant-based, and non-microplastic, representing a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions compared to traditional plastics.
a third option is for in-person orders- Items are wrapped in recycled Tissue paper and put in either a Kraft paper gift bag or a tap lock tuck cardboard gift box.
We reuse gently used boxes and even turn old ones into packing material.The only exceptions? Some of our items are fragile and can be easily broken during shipping. In these cases, we will take extra precautions and use bubble wrap.
The last exception: some of our vendors use non-eco materials like styrofoam. To prioritize protecting your items throughout the shipping process, we will leave the items in the original packaging, in some cases.

Returns are hassle-free and easy!Returns must be requested within 15 days of receipt of your shipment for a full refund—minus the original shipping cost & return label fee.
All products must be returned in new, undamaged condition in original protective packaging
Pillows, blankets, and linens must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Otherwise (due to health concerns), we will send them back in lieu of a refund.
Note that clearance items are FINAL SALE, and we do not provide return labels for select items
There are exceptions, every order is different. We want returns to be painless and easy for our customers. we handle each return personally and individually.

Sometimes your item(s) can break or get lost during shipping.
When this happens, we will send a replacement shipped to you ASAP.
we will need you to email within 15 days of the shipment receipt date that describes the issue and contains photographs of the damage (if applicable).

Once we issue a refund and email you a confirmation, it may take your bank 5-10 business days to process the refund. Please contact your bank if your refund isn't in your account by then.
